Land registry showing a different price paid for my house

Hi

I purchased a house 3 months ago. I checked the sold houses register and found there is a difference of £500 showing for my property. How can I get this rectified?

Is it worth it? Was your house really so cheap that £500 would make a difference to your life?

No one, including me, can find my house on the LR data. I'm not bothered about that. Let them think what they like, or pay to download the docs!

Did the price you paid include any proportionment for fixtures and fittings? If so, the transfer value of the property will not include this cost. This is sometimes done to limit stamp duty liability.
