Dustproof a garage?

Trying to stop my garage floor building and producing dust. I sealed it with concrete ever build hardener , but it seems to need more. I think a concrete paint or floor paint ought to do it. But it's sooooo expensive. Are there any alternatives such as wood paint or wax or something that would do the job and isn't as expensive??

Put down heavy duty recycled pvc interlocking tiles, paint the walls with masonry paint.

You'll never get it completely dust free but it will make a big difference.
