Ive just seen we've been paying almost £50 a month too much for 3 x SIM only deals with Voda, compared to other providers so want to complain, would it be better to mail them directly, or go through Resolver, as seen on MSE?
I used Resolver for a delayed flight with Thomas Cook and was very impressed, and got compensation, wasnt sure if they have more 'clout' than me as an individual or not?

They have no more clout, in fact all you're doing in using them is passing on your private information to a third party.
Are you being overcharged or have you entered into a contract and now found something better value? The latter is not a reason for complaint. If you're out of contract you should call retentions and ask for a better deal (or cancel your contract).0
