Roofing and chimney repairs recommended by survey

Looking for a rough price people may have paid for the following work:
- Repointing of chimney, replacing flashing and flaunching
-Repairing or reblocking chimney flue- survey suggested original had deteriorated causing high moisture in chimney stack
-Rebedding of ridge tiles on roof

These are all works that have been suggested in the homebuyer's report we've had from the house we're looking to buy (Leeds area). We're first time buyers so pretty clueless. Will be getting some roofers to give quotes also but we need to make a quick decision as the vendor is putting on pressure for completion.

I can provide some photos from the survey if needed.
