Old Debt Repayment Advice

Afternoon,

Hoping somebody can help, basically I am repaying two different DCA's £50 a month repayment plans on some old debts - Ex Credit Card Current Balance £1364 - repaid so far £950 (19 months) and Ex Car Finance Balance £4030 - repaid so far £400 (8 months) for which I also received a CCJ for in July 2010. Neither of these debts or CCJ appear anywhere on my credit report now (both 6yrs+) and I have just inherited some money. I am looking at making an offer to each DCA to clear, now I don't have enough money to clear the full balance, so will be looking at them taking a partial payment to close the account. Seeing as neither of these appear on my credit file if I make a partial settlement will these both reappear as partially settled and I will have to wait another 6 years to remove all adverse marks from my credit history?

Thanks In Advance
