Rough idle only when warm - timing chain changed recently

    Just to give you an update folks ... in addition to the idle issues I also found an oil leak which was basically the last straw. I did not want to spend more money on it and decided to cut my losses - sold as spares/repair :-(

    It had the fault codes P1015, P1062, P1067. It didn't have the problems at idle as the OP but from all the searching I had done previously the solenoid seemed to be a very common issue.

    Just to update and help others coming through Google doing diagnostics, changing the solenoid did not cure those fault codes. It's possibly the motor actuator or wiring issues now...

    Given the cost of doing a timing chain, there's not a chance in hell i'd have one changed before selling a car.
