Too true. In the warmest months, we have our patio doors to the conservatory wide open and within a couple of hours there will be dozens of insects in there, all oblivious of how to get back out. It doesn't matter in our conservatory because they don't venture from there into the house, but I wouldn't want my kitchen installed in what is basically a fly trap.When I see photos like the above, I always wonder where this place is that has no flying insects.

No flying insects and weather suitable for having the doors open on the days you actually want them open.
I prefer what is in the OP to the extension to the almost-obligatory million metres of bi-fold doors. Looking at the apparant quality of it, I'm pretty certain it's a building regs compliant extension, not what I'd call a conservatory at all. I'd build you one of those if wanted, I would not build a conservatory.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
