Holidays for people who need help

I have certain medical conditions that prevent me from being able to lift my suitcase, climb stairs or walk very far. When we go on holiday together it is not a problem and the airline I use is great with me but I am considering trying to have a holiday on my own. It's a bit daunting but there must be other people like me who take holidays either in the uk or abroad. Does anyone know of any companies who specialise in this sort of thing. Saga springs to mind but there must be others I think.

A single lady stricken with MS who we met on a cruise told us she always travelled with Titan HiTours, who were excellent in this sort of situation and really looked after her.
