New Boiler etc quote

Options
Hi,

Wondered if anyone could let me know if the following quote is fair.

Am thinking about replacing the old conventional system in house I bought a bit less than a year ago. House is a 2 bed bungalow with 6 radiators, hot water tank downstairs which gives terrible hot water pressure. Would like to move boiler location from existing site in kitchen cupboard to loft and get rid of hot water tank and move to a combi.

Had a local company (West Yorkshire) in who gave the following quote for replacement to a combi, they've done work for me before which has been ok so far.

Remove existing boiler, controls, hot water tank and expansion tank in loft.
Make good existing flue aperture in outside wall.
Magnacleanse system.
Supply and fit Intergas 30 Eco RF in loft (mounted on existing unused chimney stack).
New vertical flue through roof.
Condenser connect to existing drain.
Frost protection thermostat in loft.
New 22m gas supply to loft - approx 5m run
Re-use existing Nest thermostat - resite Nest control unit to loft (OpenTherm connection)
Re-use existing radiators and thermostatic valves.
Fit magnafilter, refill + inhibitor.
Notify building control.
10 years parts and labour guarantee if serviced annually by them.

£3260

Seems high compared to some quotes I've read on here but does include moving boiler to loft and resiting flue. Would value any opinions.

Thanks in advance!

Price seems a bit expensive for the work on a bungalow, intergas is a decent make though. £3k.

    You also need more quotes.

I’d would keep it out of the loft if at all possible. Can make maintenance a issue,m and a drag if you need to check the pressure or any boiler controls. If you really must put it in the loft make sure it’s suitably board and lit and have a remote filling loop and pressure gauge fitted downstairs.
