Clean up of report

Went through a period of unemployment several years ago and off an overdraft of £600 the bank racked up charges to £1900 then stopped account in 2009. Partially my fault for ignoring letters but I did start paying nominal £1 fee. Just cleared the whole amount and statutory report shows 2013 default notice. I'd actually been paying the amount for at least 2 years under an agreement and cant recall a default notice being issued. Anyone know where to start ? My guess is they defaulted when handed over to debt management company

Your stuck with the default for 6 years now.
