Firefox problem

After downloading and installing Firefox 1.0.4 it will not open. Just an error with an invite to advise Microsoft of the problem.
The previous version was working fine. I carried out a "system restore" to before the download and the older version is still fortunately working.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a error during installation.
Try uninstalling and re-installing. Re-download firefox 1.0.4 just incase it messed up 1st time. Even though I can't see it due to how TCP works.0 -
Thanks T4i - I will try downloading and installing again, just wondered if anyone else might have had a similar problem before doing that. Previous updates have been fine. Operator error, no doubt!!0
