UKTVplay - no sign in button

Have tried googling this and have cleared my cache cookies etc. There's no sign in button on the homepage or other pages. Have emailed them twice but no reply. It happens whether I use Firefox or Chrome. I use windows 8.1 on a pc laptop. Any suggestions welcome. With thanks - Urk

Which videos? I picked half a dozen random ones without a need to sign in and they all played absolutely fine.0
