Driving whilst disqualified is likely to be another disqualification for a first offence.

I very much doubt that will be the case with all insurers. Some will be very happy to accept the risk for a fee of several thousand pounds.

She did have arthritis of the knees and back, reduced mobility because of a leg injury, and problems with her sight and hearing so it not all her fault.
