It is a Porsche Cayman...... I've tried and tried with the RAC and they keep knocking me back.
I've started with the site 'Resolver' they seem to just send it to each RAC executive in line, so in 7 days its escalated up to the financial ombudsman........0 -
I can't see how this is a case for the FOS. Surely it is a retail warranty not an insurance / financial product ( unless of course the 5 year warranty was an insurance backed product separately purchased).0

How long have you had the Cayman for?
If it's not too long and as this is the 2nd battery you've had to replace, it could be that there is an electrical problem with the vehicle.0 -
Same here. 2 yrs ago new battery fitted by RAC x 5 yr warranty. This Jan 2019 flat battery replaced under warranty per engineer and my copy invoice. I was then chased for payment £91. I replied re warranty and got another letter demanding payment in 7 days or my membership would be suspended. I emailed a complaint. Customer care then replied that they were cancelling the invoice but saying I did owe it as I had “driven less than 2,000 miles per annum. Can find no reference to this in RAC member booklet or online. Feeling angry0
