Hi, i realise first of all there is many threads on these which i have looked through but are still confused , also many seem to be dated so im looking for up to date info please .
i received a pcn along with 2 poor quality pictures reading.....
we have issued pcn 7024842 to your vehicle because it was parked in a manner whereby the driver became liable for a pcn at the swan mansfield which we are authourised to manage on the 12/08/17 there is clear signage which set out the terms and conditions etc etc 100£ charge.
i picked my partner up from this very busy pub and waited in the car for 8 minutes for her then left the car for approx 2 minutes to find her in the pub without getting a parking ticket
how do i appeal ? do i appeal to them first ? please can you advise me on the process from start to finish as obv £100 is way over top .
do i appeal to them first ? do i ignore it ? these things seem to change all the time and im confused.. also the carpark was virtually empty and i was causing no obstruction .
regards Russell

Posting in the correct forum would be a good start, should be in "The Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board". Ask a moderator to move the thread.0

What aspects ? No ticket, not in a bay, in a disabled bay ?in a manner whereby the driver became liable for a pcn0 -
Russ - You need to get this moved to the Parking Tickets board - and whilst you are waiting for that, go there and start by reading the Newbies Sticky, carefully - It will inform you about the current situation with private parking and lay-out your range of options for seeing things-off.
Also, if that PCN number is genuine, then you need to edit your post ASAP to remove it - PPCs do trawl these forums to try to identify posters asking for help.0
