Vanquish ROP

Hi - I'm hoping someone can give me some advice in regards to the ROP on the vanquish credit card, Can you claim this back in the same way you can PPI?
I am currently paying off the account through my DMP and am going through all my accounts to see if there was any PPI on them to see if can get the balance reduced and so get myself debt free quicker.
I've tried to explore this but i'm not finding any clear answers?

ROP has always been classed as separate from PPI.0

Usually sold over the 'phone, the insurance is itemised on each month's statement on a separate line. What would your complaint reasons be?
(and it's Vanquis, by the way...spelling it correctly will aid with any Google searches etc)0
