Pre approved....but was a lender from a completed IVA 3 years ago clear

Hello, I completed an IVA in 2009, all gone from my file.

I've had credit since and managing it perfectly with 12 months left on a 0% deal.

I'd like to balance transfer next year, although I always look at what cards I can have now that have long 0% deals, after I get my credit reports each month.

MBNA were a creditor in my IVA years ago, but I am coming up as pre approved for one of their deals for 39 months which suits me just fine.

Will this get thrown out once I actually make the application? Do the under writers see I had a default with them? It's no longer on my credit file, but I'm guessing they keep this info forever?

Halifax and Tesco are also offering the deals, and lenow and behold they were in my IVA too.

Advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
