Back door dropped, any comeback?

we had composite front and back doors fitted 2 years ago, the company are about 20 miles from where we live. I asked previously on here and was told about adjusting the back door as it had dropped slightly and needs a slight 'lift' to close it, since the we've had new windows fitted and the window fitter said there was no further adjustment on the hinges.
Question - Have i got any cover or comeback on the original fitter, as it was 2 years ago? Does he have to come back and correct it?

Have you asked the original fitter if they could come and take a look at it?

Go back to the door manufacturer and you may get new hinges supplied. It could be wear in these, though there is an onus on you to maintain the hinges during the two years you have been using them. Have you kept them well lubricated?

Check out the guarantee terms that came with the door to see where you stand on this.
