Santander 123 Balance not on Credit Score

As the title says i found it odd that for both ClearScore and the Experian one via MSE that my credit rating report had a £0 balance next to Santander 1-2-3 account and therefore my overall net balance excluding my mortgage was wrong.

It probably is not a big deal, but just an error or certainly a small irritant. Anyone else noticed this.

Do you mean your actual current account balance? My (possibly incorrect) understanding is that positive current account balances are not reportes. I have several current accounts that are all in credit but reported balance is nil. The available overdraft shows.

Positive Balances on current accounts, whether it is 50p or 50k will always show as '0' as you are not using any credit (being overdrawn will show). Equally savings accounts or investments will not show.

The agencies are concerned with the level of debt, not how much money you have.

I check my credit score on noddle and I am one of those " money expert" lunatics with over 20 current accounts and not one of them shows any balance. In fact it doesn't show any "savings " you have.
I also use 0% credit cards to make money. I have also just paid off my 25yr mortgage in just over 8years and have no loans other than the 0% credit cards which I have the savings to cover. However my credit score on noddle is really average/poor! So it doesn't always reflect your true financial position.
