Fraud credit card in default and Captial One will not help

Quick update
After threatening to take the case to Action Fraud, the police, Ombudsman and ICO, Captial One FINALLY refered the case to their fraud department team(after years of asking them to do this and been given robot responses stating why they won't do it!) and found that the card was indeed obtained fraudulently and all marks and credit information related to this card will be removed from my file immediately. What a relief!0 -
Now that Lowell and Cap1 have recognised and marked the account as fraud, you should write and demand the immediate return of the money which you paid towards the account under duress.0
