Management Services (Factoring)

I'm wondering if anyone can help. I currently receive income related ESA, PIP, payment of mortgage interest and council tax benefit. I am based in Scotland.
I've been advised that I should also have been claiming for certain elements of my property management services fees. I own my own property and as it is part of a huge residential development it is mandatory we pay for factoring (covers things like cleaning, gardening, lift maintenance, communal electricity etc etc).
Does anyone know exactly what can be claimed for? As ever...there is a severe lack of information online and I just want to make sure I am claiming for as much as I am entitled to (especially as the wonderful DWP failed to advise me of this entitlement at the very start of my claim).
Any advice would be great and I'd love to hear from anyone who is in receipt of this financial assistance.
Many thanks

The DWP failed to advise you at the start of your claim as they wouldn't know you pay it unless you told them, I would tell them the full amount they will ask how its broken down IF some of it might not be payable.0

Unfortunately I did make them aware of everything I was paying out at the time my claim started. I don't understand why they never processed the information correctly but hopefully they will rectify the situation now that I've made them aware of it. Fingers crossed.0
