And how exactly are they going to twig? All they get are meter readings, they have nothing to go on. It's the DNO's fault, not the customers anyway.0 -
I'd find the exact times it kick in off-peak then plan my usage accordingly. I'm sure when I had E7 I used to hear a clunk when it switched over.0
