Moving and claiming pip

hi asking for a friend who has no internet, they are considering moving to scotland for a better life, she claims PIP would this sill apply in Scotland or not. or would she have to put in a new claim

It would still apply, they would just need to ring PIP with a change of address once the move takes place.
