Mis-sold event tickets?

Yes - cheeky of me and a bit rude, I know...
As soon as I got our tickets I looked at seating plans for the venue. The event didn't have a full seating plan but there's plenty of other websites that do. We managed to workout to within a couple of seats where we'd be sitting.
I didn't think of that. I've now looked but I can't find anything that shows rows and seat numbers - only "blocks". But from what I've found, I'm only more certain that the seats allocated to us were not the ones we bought according to the event seating plan.0 -

Have you checked the order against the tickets? The tickets for our event had the price on them. If they don't match then you have evidence to go to the organisers with.0 -

Oh yeah - the tickets have the right price on them. It's the row number that's wrong!
The organiser's are saying that the seats are in the right price category according to the seating plan we sent them, but they're clearly not!0 -
Could you post a copy of the seating plan?0
