I have made a full and final settlement with the agreement from my IVA company and they have send a letter to my creditors to request a creditors meeting to see whether they will accept my offer! How long does this take? And how is the meeting held for a final settlement offer? How long do they have to respond in regards to a meeting?

The creditors meeting is not a physical meeting as such.
It's either done by post or by telephone, or a combination of both.
