Although the topics of the 2 threads are different, there is a common denominator - you.whitehorse123 wrote: »thank you. if you want to address that thread, thats the place to go. all the information you need to know about this thread is here, but i guess theres too many people on this forum who just like to sh*tstir, so i guess you're really not interested in actually helping.
In each thread there are unanswered questions which are pertinent to the issue raised. Trying to get answers to those unanswered questions, in order to fully understand the context, and hence advise, has in each case been unsuccessful.
So people use the other thread as a source to see if the context of one can assist with answering questions in the other.
However comparing the 2 threads raises more questions than answers.
Hence I'm out.0 -

i dont know why not, ive got a solid case and am not going to be able to appear in court myself due to my location, so why wouldnt a firm represent me?societys_child wrote: »Doubt very much would be willing to this on.0 -
Like I said it'll cost you more than you'll win in all likelihood!whitehorse123 wrote: »i dont know why not, ive got a solid case and am not going to be able to appear in court myself due to my location, so why wouldnt a firm represent me?0 -
It might be more economical to come back for the hearing rather than pay a solicitor's costs0

If all you want is a recommendation then I can vouch for Eversheds.
Last invoice I had for them was £425 an hour plus VAT. Plus expenses for court attendance.
