Looking at doing a PPI claim using the MSE resolver tool and I have the paperwork for a Lloyds TSB credit card. Do I select Lloyds or TSB as there is no option for Lloyds TSB?
Thanks

Lloyds TSB does not exist any more. That is why there is no option for it.
Lloyds took on liability for historic stuff prior to the separation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Just complain directly to LLoyds. There is a tool on their own site.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
