Are Groupon fobbing me off?

Hi
I was wondering if anyone had any advice. A while ago i bought a voucher on Groupon for a make up class. The voucher lasts for 4 months. Its getting towards the expiry date so i thought i better get something booked. The fine print states that classes run 4 times a week, 2 on a tuesday and 2 on a sunday. I thought this would be great i can fit it round work and not have to book any time off. However when i rang up to book i was told that actually they just run the classes when the make up artist is free and as such only had one class available before the end of the month. I explained that i would need a different class as im working that day so they took my details and said they would ring back. I heard nothing so a couple of days later i rang them back and left my details again for the booking lady to contact me. Still nothing.
I couldnt be bothered to keep chasing them up so i contacted Groupon and asked for my money back as i cant book a class. They have said they can only give refunds if its 14 days after purchase as stated in the fine print. I emailed back and told them its false advertising as the fine print states there is 4 classes run a week when in actual fact they only run one or two a month. Groupon are sticking to the whole cant give a refund its in the small print stance.
Do i have to accept this or should they be giving me a refund as i bought the voucher thinking i could use it over many classes when i cant?
The voucher was £30 but really its more principle thing as i feel ive been lied to over the voucher.
Needless to say i wont be using Groupon again after this!
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
