I'm fairly sure that the donor has no financial obligations to the child. In any case they can only find out when they are 18 and are an adult in their own right. Whether there is a moral obligation to support someone cap-in-hand is another matter.

Well the first time I donated it was a bit of a shock to the system. There I was expecting a nice heated private room, with maybe a selection of mags, a jazz video playing on the TV and a buxom, comely nurse to give assistance if required! :rolleyes:

I was handed a specimen jar, directed to the nearest freezing cold toilets, and told to do the business in there. It wasn't fun either with people coming in and out to use the loos.
