I'm a home customer and I got the email yesterday. All existing subscriptions will continue until the renewal date (plus they will extend the date by an extra 60 days).

Customers also get 50% off a 1 year subscription to Carbonite.

Mine isn't up for renewal until the middle of next year, so I'll take a look at options then.
