IVA completed but credit company still defaulting account

I have recently completed my IVA and whilst checking my credit report I realised that despite the IVA coming off my credit report, two of the companies included in my IVA are still up to this date defaulting my account. Despite numerous calls to both of these companies (i.e. Barclaycard and The Post office) and asking for them to rectify my account nothing seems to be getting done.
I want to send an official letter to both of these companies but no one seems to be able to give me the address for the credit control officers. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this matter?
