Haha GM you are normally so clear on the rules and regulations I must admit I am surprised you aren't telling me to tell them everything :A:A
I must admit, I am concerned it is something that could rock the boat with my mortgage provider.
She won't be in from day one, maybe day 5 as I need to decorate :rotfl:
She will be there an ongoing basis, she thinks a year, I think she may move before that - it could be longer than a year.
I know why they ask... but I guess I find it funny because when I turned 18 no one asked my parents to sign a deed on their mortgage saying I wouldn't claim it as my own...!
I am fairly certain if people start dating people and move them in half way through their mortgage terms they don't even think about this stuff, they just do it because its "their" home (except for the mortgage...)0 -
When I was looking to rent a room, the landlady (in her 60's) was told by her insurers she couldn't have anyone with a criminal record.
I did advice her that she should change her insurer as ultimately she could not have checked one way or the other.

Haha, luckily I know my cousin definitely doesn't have a criminal record! But I have just got a quote for insurance ahead of exchange and said that I will have a lodger on that, for the avoidance of doubt!0

You don't know you will have a lodger till they move in.

Never had a speeding ticket?
I mean I'm passing no judgment, but that is a criminal offence. - which is what I'm getting at
So you could never know for sure. It's not about prison time.0 -
