Hello
I read somewhere that if a credit card provider cannot provide a copy of the original credit agreement they cannot pursue the debt is that correct? how often does it happen?
Thanks

I'm guessing the OP was concerned about unscrupulous card users trying to avoid paying back money they owed, thus increasing the burden on the more responsible cardholders.
You can sleep easy OP, the banks are wise to these tricks and by paying what you owe you won't be subsidising those who try to weasel out of their credit agreements.0
