It is classed as an In Running Credit so the prescribed terms as stipulated by the Agreement Regs are Credit Limit, Rate of Interest and Repayments. Statuatory regulations deem these core terms as well as a lot of other key financial info must be shown clear, and as a whole, not interspersed with any other information. They must be within the agreement itself and cannot be found on any other document, the implication is that they should be shown on the document before the signature box.
If any presribed terms are missing, then any court/judge is precluded from making an enforcement order by virtue of s127(3) of the Consumer Credit Act, in other words the debt is irredemably unenforcable and you have no legal responsiblity to pay the creditor.
