I tweeted them about the missing form last week so didn't post the comp until they responded but they haven't replied so I've emailed them via their contact page

UPDATE- well I don't hold out much hope of ever getting in touch with them about this. I emailed the address on the contact page & got an automated reply stating that she no longer worked for the company giving me another email address to contact but then I got the same automated reply saying he no longer worked for the company with yet another email address to try. It's absolutely ridiculous that a big company like this can't even keep their contact page on their website up to date & they ignore tweets notifying them of problems when they post a new comp!

I have also sent Twitter message and Facebook message. Others have also commented about the lack of form on Facebook with no reply

We are working on our new site and will amend this comp once the new site goes live as we are unable to make edits while it is in development. Please check again next week. We will also extend the closing deadline.

Email reply today from EMP Group covering At Home mags:

Hi Emma,We're aware of the problem but the website is being revamped at present and we're unable to fix it until the old site has completely migrated to the new one. We hope this will be complete tomorrow, whereupon the mistake will be rectified and the competition relaunched. However, until we have access to the back end of the site, there's nothing we can do, frustrating though that is for all of us.
