Bank account without online access??

Options
Hi all...my son has severe impulsivity due to ADHD..Also Autistic. He's 21 and starting his first job next month..I'm worried sick about how to support him and prevent him from blowing all his wages on day 1..if he can access money he'll spend it...all household bank cards have to be hidden etc etc..
Im looking for a way of protecting his wages and direct debits with maybe a second account for weekly spending money...and some savings if possible...I think the only way is to have no online access????
Any ideas would be gratefully considered
Thanks

Son has this problem and as well as a current account he has a basic bank account as well with another bank. He has a standing order for a set amount to transfer over to a card that only can be used to spend the amount that is in it. It can be used in ATM's.

I know other people will say he need's to learn but they don't have to live with the consequences and pay back the debt's. I hope this gives you some thought.
