hi im wanting to sell my property quicly as poss and found these guys on the internet has anybody had any dealings with them or know of anybody else thats reputable that buys your house quickly?

not used them but no doubt you'll 75-80% top whack for your property, so if it's speed you want but ripped off in the process go ahead.
if you want a quick sale, lower your asking price and make it clear you want out quickly, even offer cash incentive if need be if your buyers can complete within 30 days.0
