I just recieved a parking charge notice because ot was parked in a manner whereby the driver became liable for parking from C P M (uk car park management ) who are also accredited I P C (independent parking committee).

Do i have to pay this fine ? What will happen if i dont pay?

I would appreciate the help .

Have you read the thread that asks Newbies to read it first? It's at the top of this forum. I suspect if you read it you will find the answers to all those questions.

Then read it agin, in chunks. And again, and again. There's even a bit to tell you the IPC route to take.

If you have specific questions, ask them. Otherwise read the newbies thread without rushing.

Lots of scary debt collectors letters. Warning they aren't soft, strong or very, very long. Some people find this out the hard way.

These odds can change though.

They seem to go for low hanging fruit at this current time. If you use the IPC templates in the Newbies thread it will show them you are up for a fight. It wont stop the scary letters but it will make them think twice about filing court papers.
