Cost to install basin with new waste pipe

Could anyone advise on rough cost to install new basin in same location, but with the waste hole through the wall moved about 150mm to the right of the old location?
Reason being that the old basin used a plastic u-bend type bottle trap that wasn't centred with the basin. New basin we are using a centred bottle trap so will need to drill new hole through wall to accommodate it.
