I have nationwide flex account (Downgraded from Flex Direct Last year)
I don't use this account at all...
Should I close it or transfer it to Another Account??

I would research the options for switching to a different bank and getting a bonus for doing so.
Many of us on here open new accounts specifically for the purpose... so closing an account with no benefit would be an anathema"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
Most Accounts Require Direct debits to get the bouns.
So I could switch to Halifax Reward Account and get £75
Or another account that Requires No DD0 -

If you do the research you'll see that having no (or too few) DD's is not a problem, there are ways to overcome that hurdle
Personally I would be looking at the bank paying the highest switching bonus first, but checking that it is currently the highest it is likely to be.
The offers can be withdrawn or replaced, so taking the one which pays the most first makes sense because you may be gutted if that offer is withdrawn and never returns.
However, if bank 'x' has paid £150 in the recent past, but is currently only paying £125 then I would consider whether it was worth leaving that one in case it goes back up again.
If you explore the board you will find all the information you need"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
Thanks I am looking & Tempted Halifax Reward Account for £75 & then will probably keep for the £3 Reward0

Why not try a switch to FD now for £100, and save the Halifax switch for when it's back up to £100/£125? (You can still open the account for the £3/mth now, but save the switch)0 -
First Direct sounds good, looked on there website but do you need DDs??
Can you switch anytime?? To Halifax??0 -
