Worth remembering that for many people the odd scratch on a car is of no importance and many people will forget about it independently of whose fault the damage may be - something that one day may turn out to be to your advantage. It is also pretty pointless getting upset about the activities of an 80 year old lady.
That said you do need to know whether she intends to report the accident herself. Best talk to her on that basis.0
