Better Bsthrooms - Beware needing support!

Ordered and received a shower screen and thermostatic mixer tap. Showroom service - superb. Delivery service - outstanding. Screen quality and condition - perfect. Tap - faulty (drips constantly).
I have tried to ring them at least 6 times to notify the fault. Met with "you are more than 30 places in the queue" and after 40 mins I am still 30+places in the queue. Live chat - got through after a wait of over 40 minutes. Was initially told to send mp4 video of faulty tap and would hear back in 24 hours or so, did as instructed immediately. After 8 days of emailing and trying to contact them by phone, I managed to get through on live chat after another huge wait. Confirmed my email had been received and I would hear soon as she would chase. Still heard nothing. Now 12 days later. Rang showroom who politely confirmed they could do nothing but would also chase.
What do I do now? Not even had an acknowledgement of my email(s).
