There does not seem to be a forum for this issue: so please direct me to the correct one it would be


I have sorted out the issues with the credit and all is well. I decided to investigate the the Haven Connection to Bourne Leisure: Interesting:


On the Haven Website: https://www.haven.com/ownership/actions/contact/confirmation.aspx
It states Holiday home ownership, part of the Bourne Leisure Limited group incorporating Haven, Butlin's, Warner Hotels and Owner Services. I cannot find Bourne Leisure Limited group registered at Companies House, there is a Bourne Leisure Group Limited:00956166.


I am concerned about this as I think it is important to know exactly which part of Bourne Leisure Haven are affiliated to. I know that the exact name is important re any issue that may arise.

Bourne is referred to as:
Bourne Holidays Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 01854900 whose registered office is 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 4YL

Not quite sure what you are trying to get at here - Haven is part of Bourne Leisure, that is what the link is. I'm not sure why you couldn't find them on companies house but they are definitely registered and the company number is 0401166.

Look at your contract?

They do seem to have a few (active) companies under the Bourne Group umbrella.

Bourne Leisure Holdings Limited appear to be the parent group according to a quick Google search.
