Sending a fax to Luxembourg

I need to get a document to a company in Luxembourg.

They only accept instruction by fax or letter (no email permitted, don't ask why, I've exhausted this with them in the past).

It there any way of cheaply sending a fax to Luxembourg online? I don't have a fax machine and my computer doesn't have a dialup modem (that's how I sent faxes back in the day). It's literally one page of A4.

Ideally it needs to arrive on Monday, so sending the form by post won't do.

Do post offices still have fax facilities?I seem to remember our local one would send faxes some years ago. However, the words post office and cheap are not synonymous.

Lots of online services offering email to fax, can't speak for any of them as we won't send things by fax at all - took out the fax line over a decade ago now and simply refuse if any of our clients ask for it.

Any local indie stationary/office supplies/card type shops near by that could still be providing fax/photocopying services?

I know there is an indie shop like this near me that will send/receive faxes for a fee.

Failing that, if your PC has a PCI slot, just go and pick up an old modem somewhere and send one from your PC.

Several years ago I needed to send a fax abroad and ended up borrowing an old unused fax machine from a company I was working for and connecting it to my home phone line to send the fax.
Job done, and they even took the fax machine back from me.

Failing that, you could probably pick one up for free/cheap off Gumtree/Freecycle or your local Facebook selling groups.
