A valid email address must be supplied to enter the Free Prize Draw as this will be the method by which the winning customer will be notified.
Only one email address may be submitted per person.
If multiple entries are submitted using the same email address, only one entry will be submitted for the Prize Draw.
There is one prize of £150 worth of QD Stores Gift vouchers.
The draw will be made on the first of every month and winners will be displayed on Twitter and Facebook.
The winning QD Stores Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash – normal terms and conditions apply to the redemption of gift vouchers.
