Sky broadband port blocking?!

I'm have Sky broadband ADSL. I've tried to open some ports on the router, (and the web interface shows them as being correctly forwarded), but remote clients can't connect to me.
I used GRC's Shields Up port scanner, but the ports are all in "stealth" mode.

I also tried using my old O2 router (which still connects to Sky via ADSL), but the ports still appear blocked.
I tried open some other ports at random, but all were blocked. I can only assume that Sky are blocking ports on their side...?
Has anyone else had this problem? Is it time to look for a decent ISP?

Could it be antivirus? I know Mcafee has a built in firewall.
On the router, try opening and forwarding port 80 (HTTP), port 443(SSL) and port 21 (FTP), see if they get blocked the same way, these are the most commonly required ports and almost never blocked.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Argh! It was the Windows 7 firewall!
Properly configured, but disabling and re-enabling it seems to have done the trick.
It's infuriating when you think you're doing something wrong, retracing your steps... and, oh... it turns out to be some stupid bug!0 -
^^^^^ oh yes...........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0
