Well, I won't be using DHL again; this note I've sent to an ebay seller describes my day...
I really though this attitude and lack of information had gone out of fashion in the 80s.
Hi.
You've used DHL for this, right?
I'm really not happy with them, at all...
I've received a notification that it will be delivered today, so I've waited in for it to arrive.
And waited.
And waited.
I've gone to the tracking and it says "Scheduled Delivery: Today by End of Day".
So, I've waited.
It's now after 6 o'clock in the evening and it's not been delivered.
I've contacted DHL; the phone number they give for tracking is a premium rate number.
I've asked the person I spoke to what "End of Day" means.
They've told me that it's on a late delivery and could be up to 9 o'clock his evening.
I said they gave no information telling me that from the tracking info and I've not been able to go out in case I miss it.
The person said they don't offer that.
So I've been stuck in the house from 8 this morning for the whole day and potentially up to 13 hours in total waiting for my item.
I'll now be asking sellers who their courier is and refusing to deal with them if it's DHL.
Still waiting...
Will now be making sure things don't get sent to me DHL.You've used DHL for this, right?

Only another 55 minutes to wait. Hopefully you've got a cup of tea or something to see you through. Goodness, what a shift you've put in.0

Some delivery firms text to tell you approximately what the delivery time will be. Or at least they used to.You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.
