Hello I have received a claim from Gladstones solicitors for the £241.00 I am trying to do the first step by extending to 28 days to prepare defence. I went on to MCOL and ticked the appropriate boxes. What do I have to put in defence box. Isn't the extension of 28 days to prepare a defence if not what do i put in the defence box.
I was waiting for a friend parked down a road on private property having never left my car waiting for a friend. I didn't see signs as it was very dark, but I looked on Google maps and there are signs there but high up on lamp posts. I want to get an extension to 28 days left defence box blank and N9 form was sent back to me can anyone advise me on what to do to extend time to 28 days. I have seen on newbies forum that to extend to 28 days tick appropriate boxes and leave box black via mcol website. is this correct?
Would really appreciate some feedback.
