All of the conferences I have been to recently aimed at professionals in the expat marketplace have suggested that Spain is also a challenging place to obtain healthcare these days. We can certainly expect the UK to become more challenging considering both the French attitude and the cost to the UK Treasury of the current "soft touch" NHS.
