but will lose my day pay £150
If you win, you can ask for £95 for loss of leave/loss of pay. And parking and travel, and possibly more.
Mediation is a complete no-no for these cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello again
I have received a few days ago this letter from the court, which I requested to pass my case.
Please kindly check if the links show pictures of letter 1st and 2nd pages.

..there is a place there is said "the court believes that your case is suitable for mediation".0
-
"which I requested to pass my case."
what does that mean?
You do not want to take part in mediation.
Isn't that mentioned in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread?
And you were told that in post #25 above.0 -
On the back of that letter should be something about exchange of papers. Usually item 6.
Does it say 14 days before or something else?0 -
I meant here that I asked to send a case to my town Guildford and a letter is from that court.0
-
I see only on the first page [i got a link above here to read ] they said:
"Unless the claimant does by 20 Dec pay to court £25 trial fee or file completed application for help with fees, then claim will be struck out.."
And mostly all about mediation and added extar form how to settle case without hearing0 -
